Overview

SoHo’s roots were as a single family office established in Montecito California in 1997. The firm expanded to become a multi-family office (MFO) that included some of the United States’ wealthiest families and estates. Today the firm manages its wealth management practice under SoHo Financial Services LLC (“SFS”; FINRA CRD #142510) a California Registered Investment Advisor (RIA).

Our Private Client Services Group consists of a team of experienced financial professionals dedicated to providing superior investment opportunities, including proprietary offerings, to a select group of high net-worth individuals. Our Team will assist clients preparing for every stage of their lives and suitability needs; including general account services, establishing and servicing retirement accounts, UGMA/UTMA accounts, private foundations, and trust accounts. Our goal is to understand the objectives and develop long-term relationships to work with clients as they prepare for each of life’s important milestones.

SoHo has internal restricted sock trading capabilities to help shareholders obtain liquidity as well as liquidity options via our partnership with Liquid Stock. A summary presentation for Liquid Stock can be found here.

The firm’s primary custodian is TD Ameritrade and SFS’s key client service partner is Buckingham Strategic Wealth.

SFS also has several key third party external partners who help the firm provide customized solutions for global investors on a case-by-case basis.
